EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Women Empowerment and Library Development

Objective

Mission Sahyog aims to empower women and promote literacy through the establishment of a community resource center and library. The project focuses on providing skills training, educational resources, and support services to women, fostering their economic and social independence. Additionally, the library will serve as a cultural hub, promoting the preservation and dissemination of knowledge, particularly tribal heritage and literature.

Key Components

1.Women Empowerment:

  • Conduct skills training workshops for women.
  • Establish a resource center offering legal, medical, psychological, and residential support.
  • Promote self-employment and self-sufficiency among women.

2. Library Development:

  • Set up a library with a diverse collection of books, focusing on tribal culture, science, and arts.
  • Facilitate cultural education and preservation through reading materials and cultural programs.
  • Support the education of needy students, scholars, and artisans.
